Vurno vs Homebot

A Homebot alternative that starts with a to-do list, not a dashboard.

Both send your past clients a monthly report under your brand. Vurno also watches the agents you work with, texts you the next call with the message already written, and costs less from the first month. Here is the honest side-by-side.

In fairness

Where Homebot is stronger.

If one of these is the thing you need, Homebot is the better buy today, and we’d rather you know before the trial than after.

  • An app for homeowners and buyers

Homebot gives homeowners a mobile app with a nationwide home search. Vurno gives each homeowner a web page: value, equity, scenarios, recent sales and a way to ask you a question. No app, no search.

  • Agent co-sponsorship

A Homebot digest can be co-branded with an agent who shares the cost, and their referral network introduces lenders and agents. Vurno does not co-brand. It helps you find and keep agents instead.

  • More CRM integrations

Homebot lists Total Expert, Sierra Interactive, Usherpa, BombBomb and Mortgage Coach alongside an open API. Vurno connects to GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss and anything that can send or receive a webhook.

  • Track record

Homebot has been doing this for years with thousands of customers. Vurno is new. The trial exists so you can judge it on your own book before paying.

Why loan officers pick Vurno

Six things that are different on day one.

  1. 01

$97 a month, no setup fee, five times the homes

Vurno Solo covers 500 homes for $97. Homebot Starter covers 100 clients for $125 plus $100 to start. Most loan officers' books don't fit in 100.

  2. 02

The email is a lead magnet, not a report

By default Vurno's email says the value moved and shows the sales nearby, then sends the homeowner to their page for the number. On that page they can ask you about refinancing, selling or buying. That question lands at the top of your list and on your phone.

  3. 03

    You start with a list

Every morning: who listed, who went hot, whose rate crossed, who asked a question, each with the call, email and text drafted. Check it off and tomorrow's list only shows what's new.

  4. 04

    Texts from your own number

Vurno texts you, never the homeowner. Tap the alert and your Messages app opens with the client's number and a draft typed. The reply comes back to you, and nothing about it looks automated.

  5. 05

    Agents in the same tool

Search a ZIP, grade the agents, move the good ones through a pipeline. From Meeting Set on, Vurno watches their listings and closings and drafts the congratulations.

  6. 06

Closed loans come in on their own

Email a CSV to your workspace, post from your LOS, tag a contact in GoHighLevel or Follow Up Boss. Tonight's valuation includes today's closings.

Questions people ask when they’re switching.

Can I move my Homebot contacts to Vurno?

Yes. Export them as a CSV and upload it, or email it to your workspace's import address. Any file with a header row works; Vurno matches the columns and asks about the ones it isn't sure of. Name, address and ZIP are enough to start. Loan amount, rate and close date unlock the equity and refinance math.

Does Vurno co-brand reports with agents?

No. A Vurno report carries your brand only. For agents, Vurno does something different: it finds them, grades them, watches their listings and closings, and drafts the congratulations so you stay in front of them.

Where do the home values come from?

Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com estimates, blended, refreshed on a schedule, with recent sales nearby from the same sources. Rates are Freddie Mac's national weekly average for a 30-year fixed.

Do homeowners get an app?

They get a page: value and equity, payoff and refinance scenarios, recent sales with photos, a rate watch, and a way to ask you a question or update their loan details. There is no homeowner app and no home search. The installable app is for you.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month or annual, and you cancel from Billing. The trial is 14 days with no card.

Is this comparison up to date?

The Homebot column was read from their public pricing, product and integrations pages on the date in the footnote, with links. If something has changed, tell us at support@vurno.io and we'll fix it.

Try it on ten of your own closed loans.

Import them tonight. Tomorrow morning you’ll have a real report, a real to-do list and a real agent grade to judge it by. No card.

Homebot details were read from their public pages on 10-05-2026: homebot.ai/pricing, homebot.ai/loan-officers, homebot.ai/integrations, homebot.ai. Prices and features change; if something here is out of date, write to support@vurno.io and we’ll correct it.
