A myhomeIQ alternative without the setup fee or the per-report meter.
Both send a branded monthly home report and tell you who is likely to move. Vurno costs less from month one, counts homes instead of reports, and adds the daily list, the texts to your phone and the agents you haven't met yet. Here is the honest side-by-side.
Everything in one table.
Vurno’s column is what the product does today. myhomeIQ’s column is what their public pages say, as of 10-05-2026. Where their site doesn’t mention something, the cell says so instead of guessing.

Where myhomeIQ is stronger.
If one of these is the thing you need, myhomeIQ is the better buy today, and we’d rather you know before the trial than after.
Agent co-branding is built in
An agent connects to your myhomeIQ plan for free and the report carries both names. Vurno's report carries yours only; its agent side is about finding and keeping agents, not sharing the digest.
A short-term-rental estimate
myhomeIQ's report includes an Airbnb-style figure alongside the long-term rent. Vurno shows long-term rent against the carrying cost and says so; there is no short-term-rental number.
Lead funnels and a marketing kit
Buyer, refinance and seller funnels with landing pages, plus banners, signatures and QR codes. Vurno has a home-value widget, a rate-watch widget and a hosted lead page.
Track record
myhomeIQ has been shipping reports for years and publishes its reviews. Vurno is new. The trial exists so you can judge it on your own book before paying.
Six things that are different on day one.
- 01
No setup fee, no per-report meter
Vurno Solo is $97 a month for 500 homes, sent monthly or quarterly, nothing metered. myhomeIQ is $247 a month plus $200 to start, and reports past 1,000 homeowners cost extra each.
- 02
The email is a lead magnet, not a report
By default Vurno's email says the value moved and shows the sales nearby, then sends the homeowner to their page for the number. On that page they can ask you about refinancing, selling or buying. That question lands at the top of your list and on your phone.
- 03
You start with a list
Every morning: who listed, who went hot, whose rate crossed, who asked a question, each with the call, email and text drafted. Check it off and tomorrow's list only shows what's new.
- 04
Texts from your own number
Vurno texts you, never the homeowner. Tap the alert and your Messages app opens with the client's number and a draft typed. The reply comes back to you, and nothing about it looks automated.
- 05
Agents you haven't met yet
Search a ZIP, grade the agents, move the good ones through a pipeline. From Meeting Set on, Vurno watches their listings and closings and drafts the congratulations.
- 06
Closed loans come in on their own
Email a CSV to your workspace, post from your LOS, tag a contact in GoHighLevel or Follow Up Boss. Tonight's valuation includes today's closings.
Questions people ask when they’re switching.
Can I move my myhomeIQ contacts to Vurno?
Yes. Export them as a CSV and upload it, or email it to your workspace's import address. Any file with a header row works; Vurno matches the columns and asks about the ones it isn't sure of. Name, address and ZIP are enough to start.
What's the difference between homes and reports?
Vurno counts homes on file. Each one gets a report monthly or quarterly, the homeowner's choice, with no per-report charge. myhomeIQ counts homeowners and bills per report past the plan's number.
Does Vurno co-brand reports with agents?
No. A Vurno report carries your brand only. For agents, Vurno does something different: it finds them, grades them, watches their listings and closings, and drafts the congratulations so you stay in front of them.
Where do the home values come from?
Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com estimates, blended, refreshed on a schedule, with recent sales nearby from the same sources. Rates are Freddie Mac's national weekly average for a 30-year fixed.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month or annual, and you cancel from Billing. The trial is 14 days with no card.
Is this comparison up to date?

Try it on ten of your own closed loans.
Import them tonight. Tomorrow morning you’ll have a real report, a real to-do list and a real agent grade to judge it by. No card.
